Culver homes – City of Culver City
The City of Culver City began its revitalization program in the 1960′s on the eastern end of the city. The downtown area under went restoration and now is a center of the entertainment industry cultural scene. At that
time, the majority of the MGM movie lots were sold and beautiful gated condominium communities were developed. At the same time revitalization took place with many shopping centers in the Sepulveda Corridor near the Fox
Hills Mall. Fox Hills also became home to numerous condominiums complexes that very in size and ambiance. The revitalization of Culver City
continues, and is now focusing on the west end of the City.
