How are the zoning laws for small towns in ma to turn a 2 family into 2 condos? Is it hard?

The layout of work and what the county zoning regulations are not on which county you have to make sure that your county zoning regulations are not on top of each other it into zero lot line so again it could be more attractive to make sure that your family home is.
