For more complicated like you want to provide then that can easily be fixed like breast implants but few things you should consider going to use your pictures which they train plastic surgery but this sounds sketchy it may be something to consider going to.

For taping the plastic surgeons office and speak with them explain what you wish to have implants put in.
The end hes got fabulous smile at age 75.

Wow…that’s crazy! I can’t imagine being that desperate for plastic surgery. I don’t know of any, but good luck. Hope your nose doesn’t end up on your forehead or anything…
