when do airlines offer the cheapest fare from manila to los angeles california?

I am planning to go to Los Angeles in July and may remain there until August. i 'm just asking if this is the "season" hole, so you could buy cheaper tickets. their entries will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Summer is peak travel season since that is when families usually do a lot of traveling. I would say to go to Asia March-May would be off-peak and so would September-November.
