I am currently a 1st year Med student at Rosalind Franklin in Chicago of the north. During our years 3ro/4tos must do rotations in hospitals in downtown Chicago (Cook county, Mt Sinai, and others think? If you know me more happy). I am now looking to buy a property for rent by horizontal and 2 years until my the 3rd year in move-in whose time then. Are there any good horizontal properties near the main areas of the hospital within the range of $ 100,000, $ 300,000 which allows the owners rent out? Any information would help. Thanks!
