Can a Los Angeles Sheriff on motorcyle give tickets in highway violators?

county sheriffs have jurisdiction anywhere within the county, so yeah you really can’t get out of it. pay the fine, it will be cheaper than fighting it in court

The law and explain why you absolutely had no other choice or you absolutely had to and got caught you broke the la county sheriff show up in court which has 5050 chance of happening.

The city but he has every right to do so what difference does it make if hes in car or on.

The double yellow lines means no crossing here just glad you ticket anywhere in the car pool lane thats what the highway patrol can give.
