Hey Im planning a vacation for the fall where should I go?

Im planning to leave for the fall because I hate the cold. I wanted to go somewhere warm with beaches, such as maybe or carribeans South America. But I do not know where to go. There is a particular country would be like a fantasy of the beach bum. I'm in college so I want to go somewhere that is 800 or less round-trips. Comments?
