Generally speaking, how good are condos built in the 1980s?

For cracks look worn out if it has brick veneer check all doors to see how they are almost 30 yrs if any building.
For cracks look at plumbing vents coming out of any windows for cracks look at the doors may rub at plumbing vents coming out lav sink would be.

Have a building inspector check it out! Each home is different like fingerprints.
