What is the best program to prepare me to pass the Ca Real Estate Licensing Exam?

♥BLUE♥EYES♥ asked:

I have taken RE principles and have already taken the licensing exam once, but I failed. So I was wondering from experience, what program is the best preparation for the California State Real Estate Licensing Exam? I live in Ukiah ca, I don’t know if that matters, but I really just need to pass my test and want to know the easiest best way to do that! Thanks

Your best bet is to take the course from a realtor like Century 21 or Remax. They often offer classes with the stipulation that you work for them after you have your license. Sometimes that is a win-win situation.
    Good luck!!!

Rather then investing in another program, which I take you have done, study further using the materials you have. Other then that, I recommend Anthony Schhols you can find them on line (google) or contact the Department of Real Estate at

Would be agents are advised to take a review course offered by Real Estate Trainers at our office. About 99% of them pass their test every time. Those who don’t take the review thinking they can study on their own, end up failing the exam the first time. But when they finally take the review course, they all pass the 2nd time around.

My husband and I didn’t want to waste any time (and money) having to retake the exam over & over, so we paid the extra money for the review course and we both passed on the first try.

See the link below. I don’t get any compensation for referring them. I’m just happy they helped me pass my exam.

I took practice tests for 5 days straight, two days off, three more practice test, one day off then took the test. While taking the test I didn’t rush through it, took my time and used all time allotted me.

    Good Luck.
