Sperry Van Ness, a commercial mortgage company, has completed the sale of The Tower at Hollywood Hills, an 80-unit luxury apartment community in Los Angeles. The property, located in the Los Feliz neighborhood, was sold to SC Normandie Inc. for $21.7 million.

Kitty Wallace of Sperry Van Ness’ Los Angeles office represented the buyer as well as the seller, Los Angeles-based Normandie Avenue Properties LLC.

Built in 1990 and renovated this year, the property includes a mix of studio and one-bedroom units with monthly rents ranging from %1,263 to $2,061.

The Tower at Hollywood Hills includes a fitness center, sauna, pool, spa, fire pit and barbeque area, and Wi-Fi connections. Recent renovations have equipped units with marble countertops, hardwood floors, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances.
